This is the best nicest place that I have lived at since my stroke in 2020. I would like to also say that Lana l a n n a is the greatest manager that I've ever worked under as far as management here she is awesome and tries as hard as she can to make sure that all of our needs are met. Also the food here is great! Oh, and by the way, the laundry technician is also awesome my clothes come back nice and clean and folded and I'm very appreciative of that thank you!
I assist seniors who need health care services in the South Florida region, and it’s not in my character to write a negative review. However, this facility is not a great one; possibly one of the worst I’ve visited. The front desk receptionists are extremely unpleasant and unresponsive. At first, I thought I received the cold shoulder because I’m a vendor seeking to provide resources to their seniors, but after speaking with some of the residents, it seems to be an organizational issue.
