It has a great neighborhood day time vibe, but there are a ton of car break ins, car theft and now, house break ins that no one discusses with prospect home buyers that happen late at night. If it’s the price point, there are safer neighborhoods with better schools in other surrounding neighborhoods of Austin.
This neighborhood had a lot of potential to come together well but it has become clear that the people running the operation only care about making their profits off of properties and not accommodating any ever growing population. It has been three years since the addition of a retail strip was announced and they only just started construction a few months ago (there is only one nearby CVS to go to for essentials/food, otherwise it is a food desert).
