Eastman Credit Union is a joke. Their costumer service is the worst i've ever dealt with. From not notifying me of charges after having the card app, to saying they've unlocked my account when they haven't. I thought this was a free country. I guess ECU thinks otherwise. They haven't prevented any fraud, they are honestly the one's that are stealing. So done with them. DO NOT BANK WITH ECU.

I’m currently in the process of changing banks—and this experience is exactly why. After a $30 fee showed up on my account labeled as “Charter Spectrum” with no clear explanation, I contacted Spectrum, thinking the charge came from them. They confirmed it wasn’t, and even advised me to file a fraud claim. When I went to Eastman Credit Union, the representative I spoke with was dismissive of my concerns. Horrible customer service. Horrible bank. Stay far away. Put your money anywhere but here.
Very friendly personnel. Very helpful. Manager is especially kind and helpful. I prefer this branch to any of the others
