I am not going to lie, this was a terrible experience, went with two different people separate times, both times they took 2 hours and then we had to leave because they took so long.
Worst service ever
This drive thru has apparently become the drive-thru training facility. Everyone has to learn somewhere I understand that but this is ridiculous! Let them figure it out somewhere that has less of a customer volume because members dont utilize drive-thru's because they want to spend the next 20- 30 minutes for the teller to figure it out. This one doesn't ask for members numbers, she looks up the last name on the check and trys to figure it out! 10 minutes or longer when I finally got to the window- there were only 2 vehicles... read more
