Have you tried to talk to a real person on the phone?
God forbid you ever have to deal with a family member’s account after they passed away. They treat you like a criminal even when your name is on the account. The short manager with a Napoleon complex needs to chill. I get the Patriot Act changed banking rules, but not everyone is a criminal. Sad.
Worst place to do your banking. I've had multiple loans with ECU , but lately it's going down hill fast. I've taken my business to another credit union.
I think ECU is the best!!! I have only good things to say about it!
