I have banked there for years They are great to work with.
Customer service denied to speak to me after I pre-verified from fraud transferred to customer service I confirmed 5 additional forms of verification then was told I cannot be spoke with after being verified on previous call no problem before transfer. Worst bank to work with as a dealership and their customer are horrible, dont bank with them!
It's a shame I even care enough to write this but ECU used to be a pretty good Credit Union and now things have really changed for the worse. They sloooooooow walk everything and don't see an issue with that. They have lost my business and that disappoints me because I considered them the best and told others just that. Now I guess I'll tell them the opposite.
