Went to Jonesborough location for the first time and was very disappointed. I signed in and waited about 15-20 minutes. There were only two of us waiting. During our wait several people who came in after us were sent from the teller line to have a seat. To my dismay they were serviced first. Our account had been comprised and I really needed service. Would of had a 5 star rating however a employee this evening was hollering hurry in Spanish at a Mexican man smh it’s uncalled for
Everyone I’ve ever dealt with has been absolutely amazing besides the loan office in the jonesborough branch. If I rated them on everything else 5 stars. The loan office 0. The loan offices everywhere else especially Gray is absolutely wonderful as well!
