I worked hard all week to earn my pay check was called a thief when I went to cash it I will no longer except eastman credit union checks

It's disappointing in this day and age that, with the number of employees they have at the branch, the concept of a personal banker is no longer a thing. Everyone is very nice, but not only do you see someone different every time you go in, they just aren't trained to the degree they need to be. Having worked in a bank in the past with an excellent training program, I feel for the employees here who don't know what happens when you try to open a CD as a customer, for instance. UPDATED REVIEW: Lauren at the Jonesborough Branch has been VERY HELPFUL in working on this. We recently were told the information below, which was that any deposits including Direct Deposit ACH deposits, are held for 7 business days is WRONG. Lauren took the time to confirm that any ACH Direct Deposits are immediately deposited. We now will be moving our monthly retirement checks to Eastman.
