Yall need to have at least ONE branch open for a few hours on Saturdays again. I just got bounced around from card activation department to the fraud department trying to verify my payment for my credit card with Capitol One on the line, and the guy in Fraud could only see transactions from a week ago and not two days ago (idk how that is helpful OR safe) so he couldn't help me verify the payment either. Samantha was wonderful! I have been banking with ECU for over 10 years and my interaction with her stood out above all. She was warm, welcoming and incredibly helpful. She she helped me open new accounts, she made sure my accounts were all linked and working through the online/app. She was informative and efficient and yet didn't make me feel rushed at all and answered all my questions. I left wiser about fraud too. What a fantastic lady!
