LOL great customer service but 0/10 don't recommend. Can't deposit checks, negatived the account twice and they told me to go elsewhere. So I did.
The girl at the drive thru on the speaker is very rude. Did not even greet me. Asked “you want to pay on this? All of it?” I said yes and she didn’t say anything else..not a a have a good day, thank you..NOTHING. Very unprofessional and rude. I may not be much but you can at least be kind to the customer. Around 1:20pm.. she needs to be taught how to talk to customers..
Horrible bank. Do bussiness anywhere else.
