I love this Branch. Welcoming , efficient, and relaxed atmosphere while still maintaining professionalism.
The people that work they are ok but the system is broken if ya poor at all or struggle the least but don't get an account here they will od fee your checks away
Geez I thought the drive up window in downtown Kingsport was bad with always talking to each other and not paying attention to their customer. This branch is way worse! Needed to deposit to make a payment, exchange cash and chick couldn't keep up with what she was doing or how much money we had exchanged! At least at the drive up they can keep up with the transaction and talk to each other. This chick wasn't carrying on a conversation with anyone and couldn't keep up with my transaction!
