Branch manager ‘Melissa’ called my daughter (not me) and asked how she liked her visit to her branch yesterday *the pics had come back Shockingly the person didn’t look like me I haven’t seen the pic yet. But they (ECU) moved onto the next person on my account. Questioning again if they had been there Yes.
