They like to screw over military. Very rude staff.
Fees fees fees...u think they would wanna help their members but wanna charge fees just to change acct settings and push a button...cant wait to close my account..awful service
So far, we are really happy with ECU. So kind and quick to help with whatever you need.
All any one needs when it comes to banking. They are a great bunch of people going out of their way daily to make our lives easier. you can depend on ECU.
A friend has a loan here and tried to refinance to reduce interest paid......no go. Now I know how they pay out that huge dividend every year ! High interest rates !
