I've delivered there a few times as a door dash driver and I immediately regretted accepting the order an employee by the name of Rell is very rude when she is getting her order delivered she also does not tip maybe her coworkers or managers could coach her on the importance of being nice and tipping her driver.

There was no communication between staff, most of them seemed to not even what to be there. They showed very little concern for patients and were even rude and disrespectful. My experience was very unpleasant, was their to rehab after back surgery, but the aides had know idea and was pushing and pulling on me with no regard to the pain I was in. There definitely needs to be more communication between management and staff for better patient care. I would not recommend that anyone with severe pain go to this facility!

This place doesn't even deserve a star.Very unprofessional,all the staff do is sit on their cell phones, always eating one of them was in the hallway shoes off eating. It's dirty and the smell is unbearable,Instead of doing their job they'll just keep saying they had just cleaned it. My Grandmas stuff is always missing,even her snacks and drinks. This place is complete disgust. My father was sent here for rehab from an amputation and the facility was FILTHY. The previous patient's dirty clothes and toiletries were still in the room, the temperature is over 80 degrees and no air conditioning or way to turn down heat, doctor nor therapy hadn't happened in 2 days of just laying in puddles of his own perspiration.
