After having service with them for over 7 years we sold our house and moved 1 road over and are trying to switch to the new location. What a nightmare! We should have found a different company. We had to make a trip to Henderson to fill out paperwork like we were starting a new service. My family hasn't had any kind of service for weeks. We have been with Eastex Telephone Cooperative for almost 30 years. We had DSL service that worked fairly well. However, we live in the middle of a pine forest and our internet was "spotty" at times. Eastex worked really hard to get fiber cable out here in our area and we finally got it! It is 100 times better and no more buffering on our TV and the cell service is so much more reliable.
