Absolutely unacceptable customer service! This branch clearly states they close at 5:00pm. I used my GPS to insure I would make it in time before they closed at 5pm. Don't get me wrong I was cutting it close, but I still arrived before 5pm. I pulled into the parking lot at 4:58 pm, saw a SUV just leave the drive thru window. By the time I circled around the building, the curtain was already pulled closed at the first window above the automative drawer.
