Easter seal is not what nobody want or what nobody thinks for mental health agency I will not send my dog if I had to I Will not refer anybody there. I just transition out today I opt out on there because no good.. I myself have called the higher up and still no help the director trash the company trash I will not be saying this if I knew a long time ago Easter seals was the joint but now I would never go back to them
Easter Seals had no director, the CST team was horrible. They retaliate if you report a staff person. I have no idea how they are still in business. No safety or professionalism at all. Run, Forest, Run....

This used to be a great mental health facility. It's high turnover now and the way you're treated is unacceptable by the staff. They don't want to work with you they want to push you out the door. Very disappointed with their new way of handling things.
Given the number by another organization to try to get information on services for a loved one in crisis and Marcy was down right rude. She refused to give me any information on the process. To the point that I would never send anyone there for help because people dealing with mental health and addiction need support and not a hateful unprofessional counselor!!!
