I received a weird mailing from Easterseals. I know normally Easterseals have their logos on their lettering. Anyway I know that USPS opens all of my mail out of retaliation. The main reason is that I have been waiting a full year for a returned call for services for my daughter that has a speech delay after her speech therapist resigned from the Salisbury, MD location.
