The people working here are great! The credit union itself is outdated and tough to deal with. I so wanted to leave Wells Fargo but EUCCU policies are worse! There is no way to transfer money from your EUCCU account to an account at another financial institution. You have to go to the branch, withdraw the cash and then deposit the cash in the other institution. I and many other customers (from what the very friendly tellers tell me) have been asking them to update their system for months.
I have been a customer at the Moab branch since 2005. I have always had good service. Recently, however, I had EXCELLENT service: I needed a new ATM card lickety split for a trip. Normal delivery day was the day after I was leaving. Kayla made a phone call and had my new card delivered a day early. Above and beyond fab service. Give Kayla a raise!
I left Wells Fargo because of their constant bad behavior and greed (i.e. charging you if you didn't keep a bunch of money in your account, giving higher interest loans to black people, and opening unsolicited credit cards in customers names.) EUCCU had helped some friends get a home loan at a great rate so I headed there. They are friendly and professional right off the bat. I have been banking there for over a decade and have had a positive experience the entire time.
Shyanna and Melissa make things happen. They are great and I love the personal touch you get. It felt like a home town bank experience! They made sure I was getting the best rates and kept in touch every step of the way! I will definitely use them and highly recommend them. Thank you Moab EUCCU!
