Euccu and Melissa Wiggins helped us get business financing. She works through all the problems and set backs even when I gave up and thought it couldn’t be done. I highly recommend her.
Great experience with our Credit union, Melissa followed through on everything, she is the new manager, and knows her business , appreciated everything, capable and friendly faces.
Went to Melissa at EUCCU to refinance a loan. She was awesome! Also had an emergency situation come up while out of town and she went above and beyond to help us get the info sent off that we needed. Couldn't recommend more!
I LOVE these guys, particularly my Moab branch. Their customer service exceeds expectations, EVEN in adverse situations. EVERY employee is kind, respectful and even empathetic- unheard of in the banking world. Wendy, you were so kind during our call, it inspired me to leave this review. You guys are rockstars! Previous manager (Anthony) was excellent, really miss him. The new one seemed ok at first, but will just ignore your inquiries randomly with zero follow-up. Really unprofessional. Happy to be leaving this bank soon.
