Melissa at the Castle dale branch answered all of my questions and had the fastest approval I’ve ever gotten, we began discussing a vehicle yesterday, I drove out and test drove and fell in love with the truck, I called Melissa to see what we could do, less than an hour later I was walking out with keys in my hand to the truck. 100/10 experience I will be coming back for my next vehicle purchase. We recently have switched all of our loans including home loan from other banks to Eastern Utah Community Credit Union. Melissa Staley was the person we worked with. Melissa has been so awesome to work with! She was very fast and very helpful. She told me what she needed then did all the hard work but made it look very easy. She is very friendly and accommodating. We have become friends through this proces. I should also mention the other members of her team that was helping her with the mountain of paperwork involved.
