this is the 5th time they left us with no ride for my mom to the doctors. They told Agewell that they have no problem taking her for the 3 appointments she needs a month so long as no fridays. Finding ourselves between "a rock and a hard place," we were so relieved to have found Eastern Suffolk Transportation. After placing numerous calls to locate an ambulette service in Eastern Long Island, we finally got in touch with Holly who not only provided what we needed but also went out of her way to set up the service.
