This is the same business as sensible minds so I have left the same review to ensure people dont get scammed We engaged Sensible Minds for an occupational therapy assessment and ongoing sessions for our son. After the initial assessment, we were told a report would be provided at the end of the term. This report was important for both our family and his school to understand the therapy approach. We definitely wouldn’t recommend using this OT business, based on our experience with them (sadly).
Absolutely wonderful experience at ESOT. The team is super knowledgeable, the staff are lovely, compassionate, and dedicated to the well-being of every child. They provided me with personalised care and strategies that made a significant difference for our family. Highly recommended for any parent seeking therapy for their child! Thanks team!
Was not transparent about fees involved. Failed to provide my child's report and sensory diet, even though I paid for them and requested them repeatedly for over 4 weeks. In general, unprofessional with questionable motives. A waste of $640.
