Although its not cheap- I would highly recommend this practice. The consultation and follow up from doctor alicia has exceeded expectations and has helped significantly.
It is unbelievable how rude and unprofessional the receptionists are - especially over the phone. When met only with kindness they respond in such an unnecessarily hostile, rude, unfriendly manner, it is baffling.
I would highly recommend Dr Anes Yang. After years of disappointing and difficult experiences with other dermatologists, I am so grateful to have found Dr Anes. She is so supportive, empathetic, trustworthy, and highly skilled. I am very happy to put my care in her hands, and her expertise always leaves me feeling reassured and confident. If you choose this place, be prepared for a long wait and the rudest reception I’ve experienced. There was one lady on reception who openly berated a patient, once she asked to return after a long wait, repeatedly to her colleague. It was loud enough for all to hear, she divulged the patients name and said things like ‘get a life, be more organised, not our problem’ etc all behind this patients back.
