Amazing staff in all areas
Dr Yang is very knowledgeable, understanding and has put me on a great treatment plan. I am surprised to read previous reviews here about the reception. I’ve always had very pleasant and welcoming encounters with the receptionists here. They have been very helpful when supplying documentation for my rebates.
When you pay over $300 for a consultation with a Specialist, you expect a certain level of professionalism. At a bare minimum, I expected my patient history to be taken, the referral letter from my GP to be read and for me to be treated with dignity while I dressed and undressed for the examination in front of windows with open blinds. My appointment with Dr David was a unsatisfactory experience! He is rude and dismissive Does not like to be questioned regarding your condition Reception staff also rude Worst over $300 for 10 minutes I’ve ever spent!
I’ve had an appointment with Penny Lee. I’ve not previously felt that much uncomfortable with a doctor before.
