why the actual hell is dial-a-ride taking 50+ minutes for pickups? have you guys ever thought that people ride your busses because they have places to be? thank you for making me late to 5 different events in the last 2 months because of your crappy new system. y'all deserve no money seriously. Called at 7:40am still waiting at 8:25am.

Female driver refused to stop the red line bus at Mammoth Lake for 15 people who requested to stop at Woollys Adventure summit. She passed the stop went all the way up to the next stop and came back down without stopping again brought all 15 passengers back to original bus stop. Her excuse was we had to request it after verbally requesting it and also pulling on the cord for her to stop. We had to change our bus go back up again and missed most of the activities we had bought tickets. Horrible attitude and customer service.
They only hire the best dang drivers around. very professional and safe
