Female driver refused to stop the red line bus at Mammoth Lake for 15 people who requested to stop at Woollys Adventure summit. She passed the stop went all the way up to the next stop and came back down without stopping again brought all 15 passengers back to original bus stop. Her excuse was we had to request it after verbally requesting it and also pulling on the cord for her to stop. We had to change our bus go back up again and missed most of the activities we had bought tickets. Horrible attitude and customer service.

I dont know if this is the bus routes on hwy 395 or just the special "tourist" shuttles. Something is seriously wrong with bus times! Im not the only non driver right now. Im wearing out my 80 plus year old neighbors. Im just trying to get milk that is Not $8 a gallon here in Lone Pine and other amenities. If I take the bus either early am times The only but to take me back from Vons Bishop doesnt come until 6pm. The next out bound south bus arrives at Vons ten minutes BEFORE I would arrive to shop??? this trip is 1.5 hours.... read more
