I have also stopped at store in Knightdale with friendly and helpful customer service, lately not so much. The customer service now is horrid. 2 people working and and very long line with 1 at register and the other walking around high fiving his friends, this has happened several times, please send back some great employees that care about customer service.
Store closes at 11 but doors locked at 10:50.

I frequent the gas station on Wesleyan Blvd store#11..good service..aside from frequent computer glitches with the fuel rewards system there...but the night clerk Joyce is not a good people person when it comes to her lottery customers. I don't play much..but this woman shuts down lottery every night she gets to work..which is either 10 or 10:30pm..and if she's called in earlier to cover someone else's shift she shuts it down then as well and will only sale scratch offs. This hurts the business..but I guess they don't care..... read more
