NEVER AGAIN!!!!! They do NOT take directions when it comes to grooming your pet. They didn't even complete the task. I found a mat behind his ear and his nails unclipped. I don't believe they have the correct education to be grooming. They cut my fox face silky haired Pomeranian to look like a teddy bear Pom. They were asked the clean up his sanitary areas, remove matting and to trim him up. It was specified to leave him fluffy. That's how we like his appearance. With the entrance is nice. I walked in the door, overwhelming stink. It is so bad. I walked in with the snake. Gone through food, now the fish. Horrible condition. The first tank, completely dead. With the bucket with fish, dead. You need to get rid of it. Not only that, you can’t afford it at all.
