Great Deals During Christmas 2007 we shopped here for a gun cabinet. They have excellent deals all the time. Always having great sales going on, no matter what the item(s). They even delivered the gun cabinet for us to my brother's home (that's who got the gift). Service is fabulous
Horrible customer service from guys at gun counter in Richlands!Rude and obnoxious! I guess a woman can’t have a 6.5 prc without these guys making fun of my caliber or gun. It didn’t restrict the limit of deer I got last year. First rule of sales, don’t degrade your customers.

Honestly Ryan is pretty awesome guy and just wanna give a shoutout to him for the amazing work he did on my bowstrings I really need some new ones and he came in clutch. I would also like to commend him on his knowledge and expertise. Thanks again Ryan and I can’t wait to get My other bow back from you as well
Recently moved to the Richlands area and stopped in to Eastern Outfitters. Ended up buying my wife her first bow and Ryan set it up for her. He was extremely knowledgeable and got her started onnthe right track!
Ryan being back on the Archery department has been a godsend. The previous group messed my bow and half-assed everything to include breaking a $250 sight and blaming my poor upkeep of the sight, they snapped a plastic bracket and arm. Also had an issue with ordering a gun, but one of the management team ensured to make it right and retained my business. Greeted every time I walk in and always a comfortable atmosphere. I’ll gladly pay a few extra dollars to put money back into the local area instead of supermarket big wigs.
Didn’t honor price on a gun safe purchased online, they cancelled my order reason “due to unforeseen circumstances “
The overall atmosphere of the store is very unpleasant and with the exception of a few, the staff is unfriendly and very unhelpful. I have been a loyal customer of the store since they have been in business but the store has really gone downhill. I’m really looking forward to some MUCH needed change and improvement.
