I’ve been trying to get assistance for my elderly grandmother and have contacted ENOA repeatedly over the course of nearly a year. I’ve left voicemail after voicemail and have not received a callback. As her primary caregiver, I’ve been trying to find additional support because I cannot realistically provide every level of care indefinitely by myself.
