WEIRD!
I've been a volunteer for this organization for several years now. I firmly believe in the purpose of what they do in helping our seniors.
I've called twice in the last month, and both times the "information" person (Renee) has been very little help. Her advice for getting my cognitively declining grandmother emergency care/evaluation was to "just call around." Both times, the only resource I was offered was a list of nursing homes, which I already had. This is a government-funded department, and yet they clearly know nothing about the system they are supposed to be providing resources/help on.
