I ordered a pair of pants and was very surprised at the size they recommended based on their size guide chart. It was recommended that I order 4 sizes larger than my normal but I had never ordered from them and took their recommendation. Pants arrived and they fit just like a pair of pants 4 sizes too large. So back they went. Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping for returns which I haven't come across yet but it's their policy. Cheapest route was $14.99 through the post office.
