Tried using an EMS gift card to buy a pair of trail shoes and was informed the system is down so they are not accepting gift cards. I offered to buy the shoes and return with my receipt when the system is up and cash in the gift card and was told no, they can't do that. Ok, you win, no sale.
If I could rate this more stars I would. Liam went above and beyond helping me pick out the perfect bag for all my needs and even helped me adjust the size so it was just right for me. If there were more helpers like Liam the world would be a better place. Definitely coming back! You have a repeat customer!
Great selection and the manager Liam was very friendly and helpful!
