I visited Eastern Floor Covering on June 20, 2024, to purchase 2 boxes of Mohawk Founders Trace flooring. I was quoted $95.20 per box by salesperson Chuck A. I explained that this was a small remodel project that might only require one box. Chuck stated that they did not accept returns of unopened boxes in case I only needed one box. When I got to my car and looked at the invoice, I saw that I was also charged $65 for freight. Thank you Chuck and Gaylee for a smooth and professional buying process. They both took their time with me, Gaylee with the selection process and Chuck with a very thorough cost estimate. Chuck is great! He came to our home after work to go over our options on flooring and measured our current flooring. We will definitely be going with this company, and the price quote is great. Highly recommended.
I've been agonizing about leaving a review since our floor installation in June/August last year. The people who work there are truly kind and patient - Chuck put up with my twitterings & ramblings with equanimity, & both he & the lady behind the counter are *very* knowledgeable about their products. My issue is the actual installation. (I could have avoided a lot of heartache by choosing LVP with a more even/cohesive grain, but hindsight...)
