Such an awesome shop!!! Nurani was super helpful today when buying some Erstwilder items in store for the first time and it was close to closing time. 10/10 customer service and she was delightful!!! Much appreciated 😊
I love this shop! I went in for the first time and could spend all day in there. There are so many different things from clothes to homeware. Lots of mineral jewellery and gift items. Very friendly too!
All the other employees were super lovely and helped me out when I was shopping for some nice crystals. However, an older lady with orange and white hair was quite rude to me while packing my items. She didn’t wrap them nicely and she was being quite rude to the other employees, for example yelling at them while serving me and going on her phone in the middle of my transaction. Would come again while she wasn’t working.
We are visitors from Germany who happened to visit this shop, and we are very impressed with the unique and interesting items on offer. John and Nurani are very friendly and helpful in assisting me to find the right jewellery for our friends in Germany.
