Looking at my sons' baseball cards, that I have on my desk. Full disclosure, they are from 2013 and 2018, and I look at them often. And I've never, until now, thought to write about how great they still look, and the whole process, from shoot to delivery was for each of the eight years that my boys played in the league.
I could leave 0 stars I would , in June I reached out because my daughters softball pictures came back with the wrong kid on them but her name etc. They assured me they will fix the issue and send the correct photos out asap, it’s now July 18th and still no photos. I’ve tried calling with no call back. Ultimately I’d just like my $45 back at this point. Steer clear of this company !!
I got my sons soccer photos done by them at the fields with his team and then they did individuals im not happy with the way the photo lighting came out my son looks VERY pale and like hes very ill (even though he isn't)! They have no phone number or website to get in touch with them to get my money back for what I spent. I will be figuring this out and getting a refund!
My son's baseball photos were bad quality. Photo didn't even crop right. Not worth of money.
