Be aware. After renting a unit with eastern eight (D & K management) I was taken advantage of. My security deposit was not returned due to a technicality. After I paid my rent on time every month for s full 1 year lease, I was told because I didnt give a full 30 day notice. Therefore not entitled to it. I thought a one year notice was sufficient. Eastern Eight was wonderful to work with. All the staff is polite and very knowledgeable. I got the pleasure to work with Janet Weaver. Janet went above and beyond and was very patient. I am now in my dream home and couldn't be happier.. Thank you all for everything you done for me and my family.

Eastern Eight CDC is true to their vision statement - their staff, especially Mark, showed us our way home. They walked us through the process by giving expert advice/guidance and factual information. I felt safe, valued, and heard throughout. I would recommend Eastern Eight CDC to anyone in northeast TN.
