really enjoyed my experience in this office! from the front helping me correct my wrong insurance I provided, to Elizabeth Dryden and all the girls in the back, super knowledgeable, and honestly an ENJOYABLE medical apt!
Had the most wonderful experience with Paula King at Eastern Dermatology in Newport. Beautiful Aesthetic side of the practice where everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend Paula enough with her skills, years of experience, and expertise! Post care and follow up were top notch.
It’s Tuesday 9/2 at 1100 and I just got off the phone with the woman who takes appointments, and when I asked to book an appointment, she was like we aren’t accepting new patients like I should have known that?! I asked for info on other dermatologist in the area, and she couldn’t give me specifics, and at the end of our conversation when I said, thank you, she just said uh-huh and hung up on me. This is horrible customer service, and very insensitive.
Eastern Dermatology has a cheerful welcoming office and staff! I absolutely love Elizabeth, she is a wonderful caring young woman! Always a smile on her face and an listening ear! She is never to busy to answer questions! I highly recommend this group of professionals!
