I don't know about anybody else, but I don't need a dermatologist very often. In fact, my first visit to this office 5 years ago was the first time I saw a derarmatologist in 15 years. Recently, I've had some issues that I want "my" dermatologist to look at. Much to my surprise, when I called to make an appointment I was told because I have not been there in 5 years they would not schedule an appointment. I have been coming to this office for over a year. Dr. Elizabeth Dryden is a wonderful dermatologist and I highly recommend coming to her.
really enjoyed my experience in this office! from the front helping me correct my wrong insurance I provided, to Elizabeth Dryden and all the girls in the back, super knowledgeable, and honestly an ENJOYABLE medical apt!
Had the most wonderful experience with Paula King at Eastern Dermatology in Newport. Beautiful Aesthetic side of the practice where everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I cannot recommend Paula enough with her skills, years of experience, and expertise! Post care and follow up were top notch.
It’s Tuesday 9/2 at 1100 and I just got off the phone with the woman who takes appointments, and when I asked to book an appointment, she was like we aren’t accepting new patients like I should have known that?! I asked for info on other dermatologist in the area, and she couldn’t give me specifics, and at the end of our conversation when I said, thank you, she just said uh-huh and hung up on me. This is horrible customer service, and very insensitive.
