Recently purchased an item online, It was exactly as pictured, arrived in a timely manner and was well packaged, Eastern Classics also provided excellent communication and customer service.
We negotiated on one of their tansu and then he refused to keep his promise. Not trustworthy! Given his response, he said that the shipping will not take place until the next Monday. Plus, I did not have access over the weekend and waited until Monday to pay. When I tried to pay, I couldn't and immediately texted him - with no response. We special ordered cabinet door panels from Jay. The quality of the ash-wood panels surpassed our expectations and we are very happy with our product and the service received. The outcome of our project turned out beautifully! We truly appreciate Jay’s expertise and help. Would highly recommend this place.
I had a custom Tansu chest made. It is not only beautiful to look at, but very well constructed! My design was complicated--but Jay worked hard to achieve exactly what I envisioned.
