I would like to thank Sarah for fixing my Roman Blind this morning when at least three other Blind companies refused to even return my calls, let alone come out to check on a job that was clearly too small to be worth their while. I’m very grateful and would highly recommend this company.

Fabulous service and quality at affordable prices. Sarah and the team are friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. We are thrilled with the results for custom interior roller blinds and will absolutely look at getting more elsewhere in the house in the future. Highly recommend!

Will not use again. First order was ok (excluding the installer doing a no show while I waited all day), second install they did things we didn't ask for. Was happy to overlook these things until we had a broken plantation shutter blade. Sarah just decided she would no longer respond to our email inquiries as to whether or not they could help with their repair. If you cant then a polite reply would have been nice? Junk, absolute rubbish! First, the lengths of the Roman blinds could not be perfected, leaving me with 2 blinds with gaps at the window sill, even with a "stretching" technique applied, and Sarah expecting full payment. Then within 18 months since installation, Ive had to restring 3 blinds because the cords easily un tie with normal daily usage rendering the blind useless!. What a joke product!
