Terrible bank - they will take unauthorized payments out of your account and will make you call them 3-7 times (spending hours on the phone) in order to get them to issue you a refund in 8-12 weeks. Not worth the trouble - avoid these idiots with poor customer service at all costs. Making a mistake is forgivable - making your customers work harder than you to make you make it right is not. Worst local bank I’ve ever worked with - go to Cambridge Savings Bank or Cambridge Trust instead.
