Smaller eastern bank, with decent customer service. My issue is they had me waiting for 1 hour to take cash out my business checking. They money was in my account, they had the money on hand but gave me a hard time. They was no sense of urgency or importance. I was treated like I didn’t matter and my time didn’t matter.
