Customer service is horrible.
I have been a loyal customer for many years, which made my recent experience with Eastern Bank in Bridgewater even more disappointing. Rather than considering the value of a long-term high-dollar customer relationship, Eastern Bank was entirely focused on rigid policies with little willingness to evaluate a reasonable request on its individual merits. Wish Harborone was still here, Eastern Bank is awful. Tellers unfriendly and they take forever. Only car in drive through and waited over 5 mins an didn’t see customers at counter.
