The worst experience ever. On October 5, 2012, Zahra Sadeghi put $15.00 into my checking account without my approval. When I came back from Korea, she told me what she had done and I was shocked and upset. It's very upsetting that employee has the ability to access your private account and do what ever they want without your knowing. How can you trust such a bank? She is very unprofessional. The employees are more than accommodating and they DO NOT try to cheat customers. What they do instead is guide the customer to avoid mistakes. This is a great bank and I'll be loyal for a loooonnnnngggg time.
