Have been banking with Eastern Bank since I was a teenager. Have always had a great experience with the staff, they are always friendly and willing to help you! Have used them for Public Notary services and all my banking needs! Highly recommend using them if you are looking to switch banks!
Used to love coming to this bank In Marion, Front St. Since the bank manager has left everything changed. Such a disappointment. Now its only a memory.
The staff need more training on there products, they made a costly mistake.
Easter bank in themselves locked my card absolutely no reason contacted customer service Jessica refused get a supervisor on the phone and saying they’re busy when I offered wait only putting review on this location because idk how to review there actually customer service but let me tell u customer service is useless all ya get for an answer is call the bank during business hrs!
