3 stars for the branch and okay customer service. 1 star for the Eastern Bank as a company. The only reason I opened an account with them is because they offer 300 bucks bonus after about 4k of deposits. I deposited about 10k and took the money out to do something so the balance is 0. Then they closed my account without emailing, texting or letting me know. I then had to go into the branch and they said the whole company is late processing the bonus for 5 months.
