Bad service. Staff and manager don’t care. Very very bad. No body likes to go there but no choice.
I showed up at 4:40 PM today, only to find the bank completely closed with no one inside. If your advertised closing time is 5:00 PM, why are you closing 30 minutes early? This was extremely frustrating, especially because I needed to withdraw money on behalf of my employer and was unable to do so because the branch apparently decided to make up its own schedule. I called to confirm that I’m getting there at 4:50 and make sure they are open. Then the manager told me I should not go there and go another day. It seems like the manager does not like to work Her name is Grace No wonder they have such a bad reviews
Love this Bank. Everyone is pleasant and Grace runs a Good bank. Very helpful during my house building in NC.
I miss HarborOne bank. Eastern bank has been terrible. Nobody answers the phone! It just rings and rings and rings…I’d take an automated menu over no answer ever. Doesn’t matter what time of day, no body ever answers, ever.
