I’ve never had a good experience here only get my money and leave the manager that way, there’s no confusion the Indian lady I can’t stand her energy is off
I worked there and the branch manager is pretty phony!!! She only cares about money and keeping her power! The employees including the branch manager all hated her! But nobody ever ever had the nerve to tell her, she was out of control!! Leaving this "toxic" place was the best thing I ever did!!
The online banking experience is complete trash. They randomly reset password and then after three attempts completely lock you out of the account. There is no way to use 2FA to get into the account, and the phone support recommends going to a branch to unlock the account.
