I went to do a deposit went throw the drive throw. The lady look at the check and deposit slip and started to question me as who I was and if I was on the account like I was a theif as she was insepecting the check she said she has never seen me at the back or my name I don't know what the big deal was I wasn't asking for money back I have an account there she never ask for my ID it was just bull I have had family and friends do deposit for me at outher breaches and at may outer bank with out any trouble I will be taking my ... read more
I have been banking for decades and this bank by far is the worst of them all! Their app freezes all the time, the desktop portal is a mess. The staff at this branch have no clue. I am not recommending this bank to anyone until they get their ducks in a row, they are so behind in technology it is not funny. Update: I spoke to the local office and they were aware of the issues with the app. They promised a better version to be available soon
Management not aware of their own company policies. Online app is not easy to navigate and freezes often. Won't recommend.
Used them for 2 years, my balance went to $0.00 because this was a back up account, they closed my account without notice and when I told them it was not right, they got an attitude that I should have read the fine print. A bank should work with there clients and communicate. Sending a lousy notification letter will not kill them. Also, their technology online is so old, the mobile application continues to freeze and when you call, you get no cooperation.
