I've been with this bank for years and no matter where I go, I never have a problem.
I was unable to take money out of my account because it was a Capital One bank card that is Discover? I tried going in and that's what they told me. That was SUPER frustrating as I was in a major time crunch and was unable to do what I needed to do because Staples cc machine was down statewide. I ended up having to leave instead and return another day to print what I needed to print.
Great customer service
Harbor one customer of 20 years , eastern bank bought them and I couldn’t be more disappointed, I’ve been told 3 lies and 1 half lie…. So far. Was told my log in with harbor one app would work for several months and eventually I’d need to download a eastern bank app ( not true ) Was told all of my accounts would transfer seamlessly ( not true ) Was told I could lock in my current interest rate on my loan up to 3 times a year ( not true ) what they actually lock in is a completely different interest rate if you go from variab... read more
