Incredible service, Paul is the best.
Go there on and off for past 10 years, prefer Concord, Burlington or Boston branches. Manager knows me but countless times will walk up to me telling me to remove my cap. Only branch where he feels a 70 year old man could be a danger.
Customer service at this branch is great! Sneha and Heather were great both over the phone and in person when I needed a cashier's check. The process was enjoyable and easy.
I don’t do much banking here unless cashiers cheque or similar smaller things. For that, the customer service has been excellent
Eastern Bank Branch Manager Paul is unprofessional, lacks great customer service skills, does not get out of his office to assist the Eastern Bank Cashiers, when it get really busy. Truth is Eastern Bank most likely does not need so many Top Heavy Managers and Supervisors, such as the Eastern Bank employee who has an office next to the Branch Manager, who is full of herself and unprofessional.
