Friendly, no pressure Tellers are awesome and very knowledgeable. One of the better banks in the greater Boston area. Convenient and their ATM cards are free and you can use them any where.
Friendly, Helpful, Available, Personal, Trustworthy I have had nothing but good experiences with this bank from the free coffee to the pleasant atmosphere to the well informed and caring staff. A mistake has never been make with my account and someone is always available by phone (not a robot either!) to assist you and always with positive results. Pay bills online too, also free checking.
