Honestly. It is 2026, the entire world works until usually 5pm and you close an hour afterwards. I don't know anyone that can afford to leave work early to come to the bank. It's amazing that literally you are in charge of taking care of my money, and when your bank cards stop working and you need to go to the branch their either close at 5pm when the rest of the world gets out of work, or 6pm when they are sitting in traffic.
There are perfect costumer service and they are great on their job
