Extremely disappointed with Eastern Bank’s incompetence and lack of accountability. I had been dealing with an incorrect 1099-MISC for over two weeks with absolutely no resolution, updates, or clear explanation. I was issued a 1099 for refunded ATM fees, which are NOT taxable. This has been confirmed by my CPA, multiple CPAs in his office, and a finance attorney. Despite this, Eastern Bank employees repeatedly provided incorrect and conflicting information. For business account they don't have zelle and the debit card doesn't work wit tap on
