Very nice people that work there easy to find out what you need and help you out at customer service. And the tellers are very nice to.
Extremely disappointed with Eastern Bank’s incompetence and lack of accountability. I had been dealing with an incorrect 1099-MISC for over two weeks with absolutely no resolution, updates, or clear explanation. I was issued a 1099 for refunded ATM fees, which are NOT taxable. This has been confirmed by my CPA, multiple CPAs in his office, and a finance attorney. Despite this, Eastern Bank employees repeatedly provided incorrect and conflicting information.
