La peor aerolínea que hay viaje a cuba y el regreso era un domingo y el vuelo no salió De Santa Clara a Miami. Por favor no lo recomiendo.
Mi nombre es Javier Diaz En el vuelo 512 de Miami a Santa Clara esta aerolínea tiene la costumbre de dejar los equipajes y mandártelo un día después afectando tiempo y dinero cosas que no vas a recuperar y por la opinión de muchos viajeros es la costumbre de esta aerolínea por lo que es una falta de profesionalismo y respeto a sus clientes
Worst airline ever. My flight was supposed to arrive at MIA at 3:25 pm and it had to go back to Miami because of mechanical issues , 5 hours later and I’m still at the airport . They don’t do proper maintenance to the airplanes . I wouldn’t recommend this airline to anyone .
