Para empezar hay que dar Estrella quiera o no quiera sino no puedes escribir. Es la peor aerolinea en la que nadie puede volar. Son unos DESCARADOS. Mi hija voló con ellos ayer 19 diciembre y hoy todavía (a esta hora 8:40 pm) no les han dado los maletines en La Habana. Despues que me cobraron dolares por todos lados en el aeropuerto de aquí en E.U, que se atrasó el vuelo y demás esto.
