Frontier/Comcast is the scam!!! This company helps with the scam! Frontier should be sued.

I keep getting missed calls from their number and can't get through to anyone when I try to call them to find out why. It says it's number is not linked to an account. Update 12/20: finally caught the call and no one responded when I picked up. Just silence. This is getting old.

President Joe Courtney runs a garbage company that violates people’s rights as a consumer. Comcast sent me to their collections after the account had been closed in good standing two years ago for equipment hat was returned and proved with receipts. Comcast zeroed out the account but Joe Courtney’s company is refusing to remove the derogatory and false information saying they will only mark it as paid.
