I placed order #3229 on 6 July 2026 and paid $758. The confirmation stated delivery would take approximately 2–3 weeks. As of 3 August, I have not received the goods, tracking information or an updated delivery date. I have contacted the business several times by email, telephone and website chat but have not received a response. I have now lodged a card dispute with my bank. I will update this review if the business resolves the matter.
