The staff was very friendly and very helpful with the sign in process. The facility was very clean. Everyone appeared to be one big happy family.
The Executive Director is such a pleasure to work with and very accommodating. You can tell her residents are the number one priority to her. We have done quite a few events at this facility, the residents and staff are so fun to work with!
I went into Eastdale Estates and spoke with the office manager Christy, about my grandmother a place last week. Christy was very knowledgeable and informative about the facility. She spoke to the residents with such patience and ease. You could tell that she really cares for them. She really made this a pleasurable experience for me.
I recently took a friend out to visit Eastdale Estates and we were greeted by the manager Alan Evans. Alan was very understanding of what my friend was looking for and showed us several apartments. He also was very patient and polite as we had many questions about how Things were managed there. Alan even invited us to stay and have lunch , which I was very interested in as to the Quality of the food.
